I attest that I am a legal resident of the United States, over the age of 18 Years of age, and that I may legally possess a firearm. I agree to abide by all laws and regulations regarding firearms.I hereby waive and release any and all claims against the Walkertown Civic Club Inc. and its members, both individually and collectivelly, for any claim which may arise out of this raffle or the awarding of prizes. I understand that this is a waiver and release of all possible causes of action and legal remedies which may be available to me with respect to this raffle, and willingly agree to all terms and conditions.
