30 GUNS IN 30 DAYS RAFFLE
PARTICIPATION RULES
Proceeds benefit Walkertown Civic Club, Inc. (hereafter referred to as WCC). Tickets are $20 each or 6 for $100. Only 1200 tickets will be sold. Raffle tickets will be sold from Aug 1 thru Nov 13, 2010. Drawings begin on Nov 20, 2010. All tickets are eligible for each drawing; winning tickets remain eligible for all drawings for the duration of the raffle. All guns are being purchased from Dick’s Sporting Goods. Each winner will receive a gift card from Dick’s Sporting Goods for the value of the gun of the day. If the winner does not want the gun, the card can be used for other merchandise at Dick’s. Firearms are new, factory made, with standard features (see attached firearms listing). The drawings will be held at the WCC Turkey Shoot on Fridays and Saturdays at 9pm, using the following schedule:
Ticket 1 - Fri, Nov 19th Tickets 2-7 - Sat, Nov 20th Ticket 8 - Fri, Nov 26th
Tickets 9-14 - Sat, Nov 27th Ticket 15 - Fri, Dec 3rd Tickets 16-21 Sat Dec 4th
Ticket 22 - Fri, Dec 10th Tickets 23-28 - Sat, Dec 11th Ticket 29 - Fri, Dec17th
Ticket 30 - Sat, Dec 18th
Winning names will be posted through Jan 21, 2011 at www.walkertowncivicclub.org and at Webster Brother’s Hardware in Walkertown. Winning ticket holders will be contacted by a representative of the WCC. In the event the WCC is unable to contact a winner, it remains the winner’s sole responsibility to claim prizes before Jan 31, 2011. Winners must contact Stephen Amos, Chairman Fundraising Committee, WCC, at; home 595-4820 or cell 462-2024. All prizes must be claimed within 60 days of last drawing; any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited to the WCC.
ALL PRIZES MUST BE CLAIMED WITHIN 60 DAYS OF LAST DRAWING; ANY UNCLAIMED PRIZES WILL BE FORFEITED TO THE WALKERTOWN CIVIC CLUB.
